Recent Work

I enjoy applying my knowledge of design principles to both printed and digital projects. Recently, I have taken on a more web-focused role but I'm proud of the publications and printed pieces I have produced. No project is too big for me to research, manage and design. I love a good challenge.

PROJECTS

FEATURED

01
I was approached by the director of communication from the California Rice Commission to design and help develop a monthly podcast that shared the untold stories of Sacramento Valley rice.
02
One of my longest running clients, UCDIM has given me a plethora of digital and print work over the past 4 years. Most of the work throughout the year was photo-editing and social media production. However, during the 21FDC challenge (every November since 2015), I was given the opportunity to direct, design and produce 3 substantial cook books.
03
For the second consecutive year I have had the opportunity to design the installation for Visit California's Governor's display. To kick off awareness for May's tourism month the installation is displayed next to the Governor's office in the (west wing) Sacramento Capitol building.
04
The UC Davis Integrative Medicine Director wanted to expand her rapidly growing plant-based nutrition program from an online community and establish a central membership platform. Prior to launching the membership program, the team conducted a week-long Design Sprint to gather valuable insight from her target audience. This research was instrumental for moving forward with branding the program. User interviews offered valuable insight to implement into the user journey journey and features for the site.
COMING SOON

Soltrans

(coming soon) This was a massive project, an endevour that I'm quite proud of. Not only did I get the opportunity to redesign the interface of a public transit website I was also able to resolve internal and external pain-points from the old site.
